Meetings
South Bend Tech Fest (MADNUG/NIMUG Meetings)
Bill Steele from Microsoft will speak on "XNA Development for Windows Phone 7"
This session is designed to provide a developer overview of how to build games for Windows Phone 7 with Microsoft's Visual Studio Express 2010 for Windows Phone. Learn about the developer tools, the XNA Framework, and the resources available to build interactive, compelling, games with Windows Phone 7. In this session, Bill will specifically cover how to create games for Windows Phone 7 using XNA Game Studio 4. This session will also cover the programming model, how to work with content, game input, and available resources. You'll also get to see a hands on demonstration of the Windows Phone 7 Prototype device.
There will be 2 tracks of multiple speakers on Saturday, the 18th. There will be some IT Pro talks and more software development talks. Feel free to attend which ever track is interesting to you.
Besides the excellent sessions, this is a good chance to mingle and network with other IT Pros in the area. There will be a lunch provided, and chance to mingle some more after the last session. Door prizes include 5 MSDN Visual Studio Ultimate subscriptions (a Retail Value of $5,000 plus), and a few Windows 7 Ultimate.
